Monitoring and evaluation strategy
Challenge
Since the start of the pandemic we have various new initiatives. We have improved our monitoring and evalution strategy but still have a lot of space for improvement. We would like to develop strong KPI's, strong reporting strategies (info graphics) among other strategies.

- Revisione dei dati, delle cifre e degli strumenti di reporting attualmente disponibili
- Revisione degli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI) per soddisfare le diverse esigenze del pubblico
- Pannello di controllo dinamico per la reportistica con output per diverse applicazioni (ppt, sito web, social media)
