Monitoring and evaluation strategy
Challenge
Since the start of the pandemic we have various new initiatives. We have improved our monitoring and evalution strategy but still have a lot of space for improvement. We would like to develop strong KPI's, strong reporting strategies (info graphics) among other strategies.

- Überprüfung der derzeit verfügbaren Berichterstattungsdaten, Zahlen und Instrumente
- Überarbeitete KPI-Sätze, um unterschiedlichen Anforderungen der Zielgruppen gerecht zu werden
- Dynamisches Berichts-Dashboard mit Ausgabe für verschiedene Anwendungen (PPT, Website, soziale Medien)
