Since the start of the pandemic we have various new initiatives. We have improved our monitoring and evalution strategy but still have a lot of space for improvement. We would like to develop strong KPI's, strong reporting strategies (info graphics) among other strategies.

- Examen des faits, chiffres et outils actuellement disponibles pour l'établissement de rapports
- Révision des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de répondre aux différentes exigences des publics cibles
