Prepare a "Growth-File" for a small business in the U.S.

Help the nonprofit Bpeace support a minority small business owner in the Southeast U.S. by developing a Growth-File (G-File) for their business. Bpeace will provide an interview guide so you can interview the small business owner over Zoom.
You will fill out the G-file -- a PowerPoint template provided by Bpeace -- that will help you capture their business history, value proposition, financial overview, client and customer makeup, product/service lineup, and geographic coverage.
The G-file gives the owner a bird's eye view of their business and helps them identify a Growth Project they will carry out with support from Bpeace so they can increase their revenues and create jobs.
The primary deliverable is a complete G-File template -- approximately 10 page PowerPoint deck.
The G-File will be used by the small business owner and Bpeace staff and volunteers in order to target workshops, coaching and consulting in a way that can have the strongest impact in creating more jobs and revenue.

1. Découverte (1 heure)

Commencez à explorer et à combler les lacunes du modèle en leur demandant de raconter leur histoire avec leurs propres mots.
Écoutez activement et posez des questions pour comprendre leurs principaux défis et opportunités.
3. Analyse (1 à 2 heures)
Planifiez votre deuxième (et troisième si nécessaire) appel avec le propriétaire de la petite entreprise afin d'obtenir davantage de détails et de contexte.
Remplissez le modèle PowerPoint G-File.
4. Révision et finalisation (1 heure)
Envoyez le dossier G complet par e-mail au propriétaire de la petite entreprise pour qu'il l'examine, donne son avis et le signe.
Apportez les modifications nécessaires pour finaliser le dossier et soumettez-le à Bpeace.
