Help the nonprofit Bpeace support a minority small business owner in the Southeast U.S. by developing a Growth-File (G-File) for their business. Bpeace will provide an interview guide so you can interview the small business owner over Zoom.
You will fill out the G-file -- a PowerPoint template provided by Bpeace -- that will help you capture their business history, value proposition, financial overview, client and customer makeup, product/service lineup, and geographic coverage.
The G-file gives the owner a bird's eye view of their business and helps them identify a Growth Project they will carry out with support from Bpeace so they can increase their revenues and create jobs.
The primary deliverable is a complete G-File template -- approximately 10 page PowerPoint deck.
The G-File will be used by the small business owner and Bpeace staff and volunteers in order to target workshops, coaching and consulting in a way that can have the strongest impact in creating more jobs and revenue.

1. Entdecken (1 Stunde)

Beginnen Sie damit, Lücken in der Vorlage zu erkunden und zu füllen, indem Sie die Teilnehmer ihre Geschichte mit eigenen Worten erzählen lassen.
Hören Sie aktiv zu und fragen Sie „Warum“, um die zentralen Herausforderungen und Chancen zu ermitteln.
3. Analyse (1–2 Stunden)
Vereinbaren Sie einen zweiten (und gegebenenfalls dritten) Termin mit dem Kleinunternehmer, um weitere Details und Hintergründe zu erfahren.
Füllen Sie die G-File-Powerpoint-Vorlage aus.
4. Überprüfen und abschließen (1 Stunde)
Senden Sie die vollständige G-Datei per E-Mail an den Kleinunternehmer zur Überprüfung, Rückmeldung und Freigabe.
Nehmen Sie alle erforderlichen Änderungen zur Fertigstellung vor und reichen Sie die Datei bei Bpeace ein.
