Customer Database (CRM) Set-Up
We are looking for somebody helping us set up a new CRM tool to manage our customer data & relationships.
We are currently using Mailchimp, but need a dedicated tool that allows us to extract more specific reports and analysis.
- Identify the most fitting CRM for our organization
- Setting the new tool up (customized data objects, fields & metrics)
- Creating custom views and reports
- Migrating our existing customer data
- Training and documentation
- Existing customer database (Mailchimp)
- Access to people from Sales, Marketing, and IT
