Financial Management Support for Waste4Change

The goal of this project is to create a financial modeling for Waste4Change’s business model partnership scheme. This model will be used as a template or reference for future projects. The volunteer will first analyze Waste4Change’s current financial model and develop new ones for various partnership and blended financing scheme.

Financial model calculation and templates for various partnership scheme (source of money from equity, debt or blended financing) on waste management facility development
The candidate will be directly involved with the Head of Finance (Meydam Gusnisar) and the Corporate Finance Manager (Sony Endardo Putro). The CEO, Finance, Business Development, and Operation team will also support the project. Database of current financial report and modeling and any relevant documents needed will be given to the candidate to build upon.

Exploration approfondie des différentes options pour le modèle commercial
Aider à vérifier et à préparer les indicateurs clés dans le secteur de la gestion des déchets (afin de pouvoir les comparer avec ceux d'autres entreprises similaires) pour l'analyse financière.
Collaborer avec l'équipe interne pour développer des modèles de rapports d'analyse de performance robustes.
Analyse des sources de revenus potentielles et/ou des analyses de rentabilité pour les projets à venir
