HUSK was incubated and registered in 2017. The company converts an underutilized agricultural byproduct, rice husks, into affordable and highly effective biochar based inputs to build soil fertility, improve yields for smallholders, and combat climate change.
The objective of the project is to design a streamlined financial management system for HUSK with the company HQ in Spain and wholly owned subsidiary company in Cambodia that enables investors to have a quick overview of the financial status of the company as well as ongoing management by exec team.
- Revise existing financial management system to create an aligned accounting system to facilitate ease of financial management, accounting & decision making for budgets, P&L, cash flow, theory of change *based on existing indicators for environmental & social impact
- Adjustments to existing Quickbooks accounts as required
- Consolidated financial reports in a format for investors
- Terms of reference for accountants to manage Cambodia accounts and accountants to manage Spain *HQ accounts
- Terms of reference and manual for future CFO to manage both accounts
- Recommend stock control, sales, invoicing, and payment tracking system for operations in Cambodia

Recommandez un système facile à utiliser pour la gestion des stocks, le suivi des ventes, la facturation et le suivi des paiements (et CRM) pour les produits vendus au Cambodge.
