Help us redesign our website and give it a modern look, to make our mission more appealing to the public and potential donors.
We need your help with implementing a new front-end for our existing, word-press based website. We'd like to use a template that you help us select and integrate. Existing content, roles, and access rights should remain.
- Find a new suitable template. (collaboratively)
- Integrate new template on existing website & adapt it to our branding.
- Testing. (visual, functionality, roles & access rights)
- Handover.
- Existing website also based on a Word Press.
- Access to our branding kit.
- Access to our marketing for inputs.
Milestones
Kick Off Meeting
- Get to know each other.
- Explain our mission and purpose.
- Walkthrough existing website and materials.
- Discuss the scope of the project, deliverables, and expectations.
Select a template
- Together with Marketing, you select & acquire a suitable new WordPress template
Implementation
- Create a copy of our existing website and implement the template there. This is to ensure continuity of our service, while the migration takes place.
- Adjust the template to our branding, working collaboratively with marketing.
- Integrate our newsletter tool. (Mailchimp)
Testing
- Ensure everything looks and is working correctly. (visual, functionality, roles & access rights)
Handover
- Present the new website to us.
- Teach our marketing how to edit content on the new website.
Go-Live
- Make new website live to the public.
