We are looking for an experienced manager that can help us become better leaders.
Our organization is small and still in the process of establishing our structures. Those in leadership positions need coaching in how to perform their respective roles.
- 3 coaching sessions (2H) with our appointed leaders.
- Guidance on important leadership topics.

Milestones

Preparation call
- Meet with one of our executives to discuss the scope and topics to be covered in the sessions.
- You then prepare the training sessions.

Coaching sessions (3x 2h)
Conduct the sessions according to your plan.

Roundup and lessons learned
- Summarize the key learnings from the sessions.
- Outline the next steps forward for our leaders.
