Our organization is seeking a volunteer to research potential fundraising prospects that want to support our mission and programs.

Prospect research is a key element of successful fundraising. Identifying mission-aligned foundations, who also have the capacity to give meaningful donations, is the first step of building a mutual and meaningful relationship with a donor. An additional aspect of research is finding grant opportunities that an organziation of our size would qualify for and be well suited to apply to.

  • A document with about 25 funding prospects/grant opportunities and information about them.
  • Your recommendation on who to approach first.

  • Website links to our mission and programs- to understand our goals and needs.
  • An Excel template for tracking prospects, including certain metrics for each.
  • List of current partnerships that may be able to be expanded upon.

First Pioneer Valley Dream Center

To love and serve others involves a holistic approach, addressing both tangible and spiritual needs. It means providing food, clothing, or other necessities while also offering emotional support, compassion, and a listening ear. It emphasizes understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of individuals. By doing so, we foster connections and create environments where people can thrive not only in their material lives but also in their personal and spiritual journeys. True service is grounded in empathy and the commitment to uplift and empower those around us.
