Milestones
Develop a Comprehensive Fundraising Strategy
Create a structured fundraising plan for AC0PO, including objectives, key channels, donor engagement flows, and timelines. Identify the most effective methods for raising funds for the addiction recovery center.
Prepare Corporate Partnership & Sponsorship Packages
Design clear sponsorship tiers, corporate benefits, and impact metrics. Prepare a professional CSR deck that AC0PO can present to companies such as Telekom, Lidl, Kaufland, and foundations.
Identify National & International Grant Opportunities
Research and compile a list of active grants, EU funds, foundations, and international programs relevant to health, social services, addiction recovery, or vulnerable groups. Include eligibility criteria and deadlines.
Draft Donor Outreach Materials
Create well-structured email templates, follow-up messages, donor briefs, and communication scripts to support AC0PO in approaching institutional donors and philanthropic organizations.
Build a High-Impact Fundraising Pitch Presentation
Develop a visually compelling donor presentation summarizing the project’s goals, impact projections, financial needs, and expected outcomes. This deck will be used for meetings with corporate and institutional donors.
Set Up and Optimize Online Donation Campaigns
Design and implement an online donation campaign for AC0PO to support the fundraising effort for the addiction recovery center. This includes creating campaign messaging, structuring donation tiers, preparing visual assets, optimizing landing pages, and recommending channels (social media, email, donor platforms).
