Charity Hero 2019
The Charity Hero is a fundraising competition organized annually in Credit Suisse Poland and it lasts from June till December. The divisions within the company organize fundraising initiatives and do their best to win the title and become the new Charity Hero.
The competitiveness factor motivates teams to look for original ways of collecting funds but the goal is common for everyone - fundraise for Formula Dobra, promote philanthropy and engage and integrate employees.

Konkurs o tytul Bohatera Charytatywnego roku jest coroczna inicjatywa organizowana w Credit Suisse Polska i trwa od czerwca do grudnia. Dywizje organizuja rozmaite wydarzenia fundraisingowe i robia wszystko, zeby wygrac ten zaszczytny tytul.
Rywalizacja napedza zespoly do wymyslania oryginalnych sposobow na zbieranie pieniedzy, ale finalny cel jest wspolny - zgromadzic srodki dla Formuly Dobra, promowac dzialania charytatywne, zaangazowac i zintegrowac pracownikow.
The Association Formula Dobra provides palliative care to their protégées - children with serious illness. Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families through the prevention and relief of suffering, treatment of pain and other problems. Very often it requires special medical equipment, which we would like to fund by gathering donations.
Every little donation is the opportunity to buy the most needed medicines and materials. Below are the examples of costs of materials needed in Hospice on a daily basis:
20 zl - 15 syringes
70 zl - one hour of rehabilitation
100zl - tracheostomy tube
200 zl - breathing monitor
2000zl - oxygen concentrator

Stowarzyszenie Formula Dobra otacza opieka paliatywna nieuleczalnie chore dzieci. Opieka paliatywna ma na celu poprawienie jakosci zycia pacjentow i ich rodzin poprzez zapobieganie cierpieniu, usmierzanie bolu i rozwiazywanie ich codziennych problemow. Czesto potrzebny jest do tego kosztowny sprzet medyczny, ktory chcielibysmy ufundowac poprzez nasze darowizny.
Kazda, nawet najmniejsza darowizna pozwala na pokrycie kosztow materialow / wydatkow zwiazanych z niesieniem pomocy. Ponizej przedstawiamy przyklady kosztow zwiazanych z zapewnieniem sprzetu medycznego potrzebnego na co dzien w hospicjum :

Hospice for Children Formuła Dobra
Hospice vision is to create a model hospice for children. They care for creating a place, in which each parent in need will get support. A place, in which parents of an ill child, at every stage of his or her life will be assisted. A place that will take care of each member of an ill child’s family – his or her parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.
Hospice mission is to provide comprehensive assistance to incurably ill children and their families residing in the area of Lower Silesian voivodship. They fulfil their goal through activities that are free of charge and directed to public benefit
