Tour guide in the Eastern Switzerland region
About the event
Your employees go on tour with an experienced helper.
A refrigerated vehicle collects surplus, perfectly good food from retailers.
This food is distributed to social institutions and distribution points in the region according to the tour schedule.
Around 60 to 70 crates of food are transported per day and tour.
There is no charge for individual accompaniment.
The group is supervised by the regional manager.
After the tour, we offer a small snack at the location in the respective region and give the team the opportunity to review the experiences they have gained.
For group accompaniment (max. 5 people), we ask for a donation of CHF 1,000.00 to cover our coordination costs.
Registration must be made 4 weeks before the assignment.

Einsatzort:
Sie treffen pünktlich um 08.00 Uhr bei der Schweizer Tafel, Region Ostschweiz, an der Güterbahnhofstrasse 2 in 9000 St. Gallen ein. Bei Verspätung informieren Sie bitte umgehend die Disposition Ostschweiz unter Telefon 058 255 62 70
Anreise:
Idealerweise reisen Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an und steigen am Bahnhof St. Gallen aus. Das Gebäude der Schweizer Tafel ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (ca. 900 Meter). Auf dem Gelände stehen begrenzt Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bitte melden Sie sich vorgängig, wenn Sie einen Parkplatz benötigen.
Tagesablauf:
Das Briefing erfolgt durch die Regionenleitung oder durch den Disponenten. Anschliessend beginnt die vorgegebene Tour in der Region Ostschweiz. Die Verpflegung wird unterwegs eigenommen. Die Rückkehr nach St. Gallen erfolgt ca. gegen 16 Uhr. Damit ist der Einsatz beendet.
