Corporate teams looking for a meaningful and nature-based volunteering experience are invited to spend a full day supporting the Hess Family at their mountain farm in Engelberg.
As a family-run social enterprise, the Hess Farm depends on volunteer support to help maintain its steep pastures, protect biodiversity, and keep traditional alpine farming alive in the region. Your contribution directly supports their daily operations and the preservation of this unique cultural landscape.
Participants work alongside the Hess family on practical, hands-on tasks such as clearing pastures, removing brush or invasive plants, repairing fences, harvesting, or maintaining essential farm infrastructure—depending on the season and the farm’s needs.

09:00 – Arrival at Hess Family Farm

12:00 – Lunch Break

13:00 – Afternoon Work Session
Continuation of morning tasks or support with different activities based on the farm’s priorities and weather conditions.
