About the event
The Grande Festa Project:
During the holiday period, major retail stores close, creating a valuable opportunity to rescue large quantities of food! We collect these items from various retail branches and transport them to our logistics center in Winterthur. On-site, the rescued food is sorted and prepared for direct distribution to people affected by poverty. Become part of Grande Festa and help us make a positive impact!
- Date of Assignment: Saturday, 19 April 2025 / approximately 6:30 PM to midnight
- Location: Tischlein deck dich, Logistics Center Winterthur
- Your Contribution: Active engagement at your assigned post – from welcoming guests, sorting and distributing food, to bidding farewell.
- What to Bring: Sufficient physical stamina for this extended shift.
