Application Workshop for Young People
About the event
The ROCK YOUR LIFE! (RYL!) mentoring program has been supporting young people in Switzerland since 2013 in successfully entering professional life or achieving social integration. Through one-on-one mentoring, young adults serve as mentors, guiding and supporting teenagers in their career orientation process. The mentoring is supplemented by four training days, application workshops, and additional offerings.
During this RYL! training session, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and expertise through a station-based activity. You will conduct mock job interviews with the participants and provide them with constructive feedback on both their interview performance and their application documents.

Briefing/Preparation:
Approximately two weeks before the assignment, a briefing will take place with the site manager, the training coordination team, the training leadership, and the volunteers.
The training will be held at a suitable location and will be led by a certified RYL! trainer.
