• Research potential funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
  • Identify and compile a list of potential funders that align with our mission and goals.
• Track application deadlines and maintain records of submissions and outcomes.
  • Create a calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Grant Proposal Writing

• Write and submit compelling grant proposals tailored to specific funders.
  • Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that align with the requirements and priorities of each funder.
• Collaborate with our team to gather necessary information and documentation for grant applications.
  • Work with team members to obtain and organize required documents, financials, and supporting materials.

Funding Strategy Development

• Assist in developing funding strategies to align with our mission and goals.
  • Provide input on strategic approaches to diversify and increase funding sources.

Consulting Session

• Give us feedback on how we can improve our grant writing and funding strategies.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on your experience and research findings.

Follow-Up Session

• We do another call three months later.
  • Review the progress of the grant writing efforts and provide additional feedback.
  • Assess the impact of changes implemented based on previous feedback.
