Help us design our school website https://www.havilahviewschool.com.ng and give it a modern look, to make our mission more appealing to the public and potential partners.
We need your help with implementing a new front-end for word-press based website. We'd like to use a template that you help us select and integrate. Existing content, roles, and access rights should remain.
Our school aim to give every child in Nigeria access to free education in Nigeria
- Find a new suitable template. (collaboratively)
- Integrate new template on existing website & adapt it to our branding.
- Testing. (visual, functionality, roles & access rights)
- Handover.
- Existing website also based on a Word Press.
- Access to our branding kit.
- Access to our marketing for inputs.
Meilensteine
Kick Off Meeting
- Get to know each other.
- Explain our mission and purpose.
- Walkthrough existing website and materials.
- Discuss the scope of the project, deliverables, and expectations.
Select a template
- Together with Marketing, you select & acquire a suitable new WordPress template
Implementation
- Adjust the template to our branding, working collaboratively with marketing.
- Integrate our newsletter tool. (Mailchimp)
Testing
- Ensure everything looks and is working correctly. (visual, functionality, roles & access rights)
Handover
- Present the new website to us.
- Teach our marketing how to edit content on the new website.
Go-Live
- Make new website live to the public.
