Bhumi Clubs

Bhumi Clubs are a strategic network of empowered volunteer leaders who mobilize thousands of young changemakers towards building an educated, equitable, and poverty-free nation.

• Millions of children go to school but only few learn.Over 60% of Grade 3 students can’t read at Grade 2 level, and 70% struggle with basic math. Most schools lack safe infrastructure and emotional support systems.

• India has the world’s largest youth population, but most lack opportunities to lead. Over 365 million youth live in India, yet less than 10% have access to structured platforms for volunteering, leadership, or community action.

• Millions of youth graduate each year, but most are not job-ready. Only 45% of Indian graduates are employable, with limited access to soft skills, digital training, or career guidance. This leaves many stuck in low-paying or informal jobs.
