The Google Drive over time has become unweildy with many staff creating their own structures over time. We need to create a new folder structure for the storage of the organisations files, and develop the protocols for the structures within those folders. This project will also require a project plan to be developed for the organisation to them implement the new structure and protocols.

Durchführung von Interviews und Informationsbeschaffung mit Kollegen, Erfassung der verschiedenen Probleme.
Strategie für eine bessere Lagerung
Entwicklung einer Strategie und eines Prozesses, um diese Arbeit klarer zu gestalten.
Prozess- und Protokollabbildung
Festlegung der Prozesse und Protokolle, die die zukünftige Speicherung für Kollegen praktisch und intuitiv machen würden.
