MUNTERwegs mentoring program for young people
MUNTERwegs supports young people with difficult starting opportunities on their way into the world of work. Experienced professionals accompany them on this journey and help them gain a clearer understanding of their skills and knowledge. For some young people, the transition from school to working life is often difficult. The MUNTERwegs für YOUgendliche project improves young people's career prospects and boosts their self-esteem.
For eight months, the young people receive voluntary support from a selected mentor. Thanks to a good network of contacts and the necessary know-how, the mentor facilitates access to and entry into the world of work. The MUNTERwegs für YOUgendliche project is aimed at teenagers and young adults from Swiss families or with a migrant background. The mentees are between 13 and 16 years old and live in the canton of Zug.
MUNTERwegs is voluntary and free of charge!

Verein MUNTERwegs
