We need help in clearly defining our roles, associated responsibilities and overall structure.

- Get to know each other
- Explain our existing structure
- Jointly brainstorm and discuss possible improvements

Draft document
- Volunteer funnels the best ideas into a document outlining the new suggested structure, roles, and responsibilities
- Send to board for feedback
- Incorporate feedback from our board

Final document presentation
- Present the new document to the board
- We celebrate you helping us further our mission
