Fundraising Prospects Research

Our organization is seeking a volunteer to research potential fundraising prospects that want to support our mission and programs.

Our mission is to achieve lasting positive change in poor and disadvantaged communities in Malawi by improving the quality, availability and use of water and sanitation, promoting self-reliance, and ending aid dependency.

Prospect research is a key element of successful fundraising. Identifying mission-aligned foundations, who also have the capacity to give meaningful donations, is the first step of building a mutual and meaningful relationship with a donor.

Areas of interest for potential foundations:

Relief of poverty in Malawi/Africa/developing countries
Water,sanitation and hygiene
Food security and irrigation
Pre schools and early years education
Health
Social enterprises
Education and training
Sustainable small scale businesses/education and training

Research Prospects

You independently conduct the research.
Compile the prospects in the template given and supply information about them according to the template.
Rank them according to likelihood of funding us.
