Our goal is to attract & select better skilled and intrinsically motivated talent that are aligned with our values, vision, and mission.
We would like you to guide us throughout a hiring process so that we can apply your knowledge on the go.
Guidance on how to:
- Create job descriptions & choose recruitment platform
- Select suitable candidates f. interviews
- Structure the interviews and ask relevant questions
- Select the final candidate
- Previous job descriptions
- Interface with our HR person
Milestones
Call 1 (1H) - Job Description & Platform
- Discuss the job role and ideal candidate
- Give feedback on our job description
- Provide advice on platforms to post the job description
Call 2 (2H) - Select Suitable Candidates
- Review applications that we have shortlisted
- Advice on how to select relevant interview candidates
- Give recommendations on how to structure the interviews and what questions to ask
- Advice on how to evaluate soft skills
Call 3 (1H) - Final Candidate Selection
- Give advice on how to select the final candidate
- Recommend next steps for onboarding the selected candidate
