Position: Brand Messaging Consultant
Summary:
Harper Phoenix Interfaith, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Brand Messaging Consultant to join our team. As a nonprofit organization in its early stages, we are committed to making a significant impact and expanding our reach. To achieve this, we recognize the importance of crafting a compelling brand message that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our mission. We are looking for a skilled professional who can help us strategize our brand position for growth and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Brand Assessment:** Conduct a thorough evaluation of our current brand identity, messaging, and communication materials to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
2. **Audience Analysis:** Analyze our target audience and stakeholders to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and perceptions related to our organization.
3. **Brand Strategy Development:** Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that outlines our unique value proposition, core messaging, and positioning in the nonprofit sector.
4. **Messaging Framework:** Create a cohesive messaging framework that ensures consistency across all communication channels and materials.
5. **Content Guidelines:** Provide guidelines for content creation, including tone, style, and key messaging, to maintain a unified brand voice.
6. **Collaborative Work:** Collaborate closely with our team to gather input and feedback, ensuring that our brand strategy aligns with our mission and vision.
7. **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our brand strategy as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Brand Messaging Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful brand strategy development.
- Excellent understanding of nonprofit organizations and their unique communication challenges.
- Strong analytical skills to assess our current brand and audience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for interfaith collaboration and social change.
**Time Commitment:**
This is a temporary, project-based position with an estimated time commitment of 10-20 hours per week. The project duration is expected to be12 month.

- We do another call three months later.
- You review our newly created text material and give us feedback on our progress.
