We are looking for an experienced project manager that can implement proper project management methodology.
Our goal is to increase the impact of our work and that our team can function better together.
We are hoping that your proposed changes will lead to the following results:
- More output – the input of team members equates to more than their sum.
- Better output – better collaboration leads to better ideas.
- Higher efficiency – the amount of time required by team members to fulfill their tasks decreases.
- Increased motivation – team members enjoy that their individual and team efforts lead to better results and love the increased collaborative dynamic.
1. Propose a project management methodology that best suits our needs and structures
2. Teach the project leader how to implement this methodology:
- Planning structures
- Team structures
- Coordination
- Communication
- Processes and workflows
3. Propose a project management tool / platform to support the above.
4. Teach all team members how to simply and effectively use this tool to collaborate.
- Overview of our organization and project team.
- Goals that our project team is trying to achieve.
- Overview of current project management & team structures.

Evaluate and propose the management methodology that suits us most
Teach the project leader how to implement this project management methodology

Teach team members how to best adapt and work within this new framework
Evaluate and propose a project management tool that supports us
Idealy this includes general project management tasks, along with documenting and reporting for a reimbursement grant, and financial monitoring and reporting.
Teach all project members how to effectively use the tool
Review
