Our foundation operates a speech therapy school for kindergarten and primary school children. In addition to severe disorders of language comprehension, language expression and communication, the children often suffer from disorders in the areas of motor skills, perception and social skills. The room capacity of the school is exhausted and must be adapted to the needs and impairments of the children as well as new standards and structural specifications.
The required extension building with 20 rooms has been under construction since autumn 2020 and is financed by the foundation's own funds.
As part of the "Pavilion South" project, we need financial support from donations to equip the 20 new rooms and to equip the building energetically for the future. We have already been able to collect an amount of over CHF 1 million since spring 2021. In order to reach the budgeted donation goal of CHF 1.255 million, around CHF 190,000 are still missing.
In a first step, we collected a total of CHF 10,000 for:
- 1 climbing net at CHF 1'200,
- 1 roller slide with wave at CHF 1'000,
- 6 handicraft tables (Embru) at CHF 820 each,
- 1 crumple bag at CHF 750,
- 1 jungle course at CHF 500,
- 2 djembes at CHF 125 each
- and 8 TOGU exercise balls at CHF 10 each and
- for Pans, cooking utensils and crockery totaling CHF 1,300.
In a second step, we want to ensure the energy sustainability of the school for the children and hope for donations totaling CHF 10,000 to finance part of the photovoltaic panels on the roof and facade of the new building.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the numerous private individuals, foundations, companies and communities who have already supported our project! Without them we would never be where we are today. Nevertheless, we have not quite reached our goal and hope for your support in the final sprint. Every amount counts!
The school was built as a speech therapy school in the 1960s. At that time, relatively smaller rooms were built. As a result of new guidelines and structural specifications, the 75 kindergarten and primary school children do not have enough space. The foundation had to remedy this deficiency with the supplementary building "Pavillon Süd". This is the only way that "our" children can continue to build up self-confidence in their abilities in a framework tailored to them and later make the step into a regular class as well as long-term integration into our society.
The equipment of the new building with photovoltaic systems gives the school, in combination with the existing ground probes, economic independence from government energy cost fluctuations and thus protects the annual budget. This will ensure that the school for children with severe language acquisition disorders will remain viable in the future.

Stiftung Zürcher Sprachheilschule Unterägeri
Unsere Stiftung ist eine gemeinnützige Institution mit dem Zweck, eine Sprachheilschule für Kindergartenkinder und Primarschülerinnen und -schüler zu führen. Diese in Unterägeri, Kanton Zug, beheimatete Institution ist ein Muster interkantonaler Zusammenarbeit mit Kindern aus den Kantonen Zug und Zürich. Beschult, therapiert und betreut werden gegenwärtig 116 Kinder mit schweren Störungen von Sprachverständnis, Sprachausdruck und Kommunikation, davon 75 Tagesschüler (separative Sonderschüler) und 41 Schüler in den Gemeinden des Kantons Zug (integrative Sonderschüler). Diese Störungen gehen oft einher mit zusätzlichen Beeinträchtigungen im Bereich Motorik, der Wahrnehmung und der sozialen Fähigkeiten. Neben der Vermittlung des Schulstoffs über heilpädagogische Methoden, werden die Kinder auch logopädisch, ergotherapeutisch und sozialpädagogisch gefördert.

Unglaublich! Wir haben unser Spendenziel von CHF 10'000 bereits erreicht!
Vielen herzlichen Dank für Eure wertvolle Unterstützung für die Anschaffung diverser Theraphiegegenstände!
Um das Gebäude energetisch nachhaltig zu gestalten, bleiben wir auf Spenden angewiesen. Deshalb haben wir das Spendenziel um weitere CHF 10'000 erhöht.
Die Lage des neu erstellten Gebäudes eignet sich hervorragend für die Nutzung von Sonnenenergie. Mit Photovoltaikpaneelen auf Dach und Fassade würde zusammen mit den bereits bestehenden acht Erdsonden eine Kreislaufenergie geschaffen, welche das Budget der Schule langfristig schonen und damit ihren kostengünstigen Erhalt für die Kinder sichern würde. Den Schülerinnen und Schülern würde nicht nur theoretische, sondern gelebte zukunftsorientierte Energieproduktion vermittelt.
