If you are fan of yoga, meditation, breathing practises, or you just simply would like to try them, sing some mantras and get some knowledge – join our Kundalini Yoga Basics Workshops with Ewa Piotrowska.

WHAT IS YOGA KUNDALINI?

Kundalini Yoga is a Yoga system that works on all levels of our being, enabling the release of the energy of human potential (Kundalini).

It is a completely safe yoga system, which through various sets of asanas, working with mantras, pranayamas, mudras, body locks, meditation, aims to harmonize the flow of energy in the channels and energy centres (chakras).

What does Kundalini Yoga mean in practice?

- regaining and getting to know your internal power

- greater harmony and peace

- heal past traumas

- working out family relationships

- unleashing the energy of your potential

- recognition and deepening of intuition

- strengthening the nervous system (preparation for difficult times)

- getting rid of blocking programs from the subconscious

- creating the position of the observer (you recognize and feel emotions, but they cease to govern you)

- the ability to create harmonious and healthy relationships

- healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level

In Kundalini Yoga, it does not matter your condition, fitness or level of advancement. Only your readiness and openness to change are important.

Ewa Piotrowska (Mahan Shanti Kaur) - certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Alliance RYT 200 meditation. She is passionate in techniques and methods that allow expanding awareness and releasing human potential. Believes in the possibility of awakening each being using the techniques of working with the breath, mantras and body.

Date: 12 August 2021 (Thursday)

Time: 11:00-12:30 CET

Location: Zoom call

Language: Polish only

Cost: 30 PLN

 

Practical information before classes:

- have a yoga mat / blanket ready

- prepare a meditation cushion to sit on during the class

- prepare drinking water

- do not eat heavy meals up to an hour before the practice

- dress in something comfortable that does not restrict your movements

if you are pregnant, have dysfunctions and limitations in the body, do exercises with particular care and respect for your health

The practice of Kundalini Yoga is a strong energy practice - it is not recommended for people who are under psychiatric treatment / taking drugs that affect brain chemistry - especially psychotropic drugs.
