Hatha Yoga Classes - Summer Edition

Classes will take place on Wednesday July 8, from 8:00 - 9:30 am, via zoom.us collaboration tool (details to follow).

What you need to prepare:
- Comfortable clothes
- Any blanket
- If you have: yoga mat (or any other fitness mat), 2 wooden blocks, any belt. If not, don’t worry, we’ll deal without yoga props.
- Open mind, optimism and commitment to support our Charity of the Year
