The Alpes vivantes Association suffers from a lack of member involvement, despite a clear desire to contribute.
The website, although rich in content, is underused and lacks promotion. In addition, organising events is complex, and members have difficulty
find it difficult to share content simply and effectively.
The dissemination process on the various social networks where Alpes Vivantes is present is also
time-consuming, limiting overall visibility and engagement.

The proposed solution is to develop an interactive web platform enabling members to register and benefit from an easy-to-use interface for share content.
Each member will be able to create publications, which will then be validated by the administrators before being distributed, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of the information. To motivate commitment, the most active members become ‘creators’ and publish their content without the need for prior validation simplifying the sharing process. In order to reduce manual effort, the platform will facilitate the automatic distribution of on the various social networks where Alpes Vivantes is present. In addition, an integrated calendar will enable members to create events, register for them and receive automatic reminders by email, thus encouraging participation and community organisation.
A resource library will centralise important documents, such as annual reports and image galleries, making this information accessible to all. A special ‘Retour en images’ section will allow members to share their photos of events or projects in a simple, user-friendly way, reinforcing the sense of belonging and contribution.
The platform aims to become a key reference point for the preservation of the Alpes vaudoises. Its tailor-made design reflects the visual identity of the Alpes Vivantes Association and meets the specific needs of its members. This approach encourages the active participation of the community and ensures that functionality and security, while reinforcing transparency and trust.
Thanks to its capacity to adapt and grow, the platform aims to become the central tool for all local biodiversity initiatives.
Finally, the platform will be designed to minimise its ecological impact, by adopting technologies and practices that respect the environment, in line with Alpes Vivantes conservation mission.

Our long-term goal is to enhance the biological richness and ecologically valuable habitats of the Alpes Vaudoises, by managing projects within a regional organisation.
The Alpes vivantes Association applies a sustainable approach to nature conservation, by implementing projects in collaboration with regional partners.
Our association operates within the commune territories of the Alpes Vaudoises outside the Natural Parc Gruyère Pays-d ‘Enhaut.
Alpes vivantes manages actions in rural, forest and urban areas.
It is committed to nature conservation by:
- Creating citizen projects;
- Conducting awareness-raising actions;
- Carrying out maintenance projects for natural environments;
- Dynamizing the circular economy;
- Transferring knowledge;
- Protecting priority species in the Alpes Vaudoises
Examples of potential projects:
- Maintenance of dry meadows and pastures;
- Organization of field activities with corporate volunteers;
- Setting up of environmental education projects;
- Implementation of action plans for the preservation of a species;
- Organisation of brushing actions with goats or cattle;
- Plantation of native trees and hedges;
