MarMo Kitchen
MarMo Kitchen will be used as an incubate shared workspace where aspiring chefs, caterers, and local food entrepreneurs can access affordable kitchen space without having to invest large sums of money to build their businesses. We will also have a food truck that will be used for local food entrepreneurs to test their products in a real world environment.
A challenge we are facing is funding for expensive kitchen equiptment for 2 kitchen spaces. (Incubate Kitchen, and concept testing Food Truck)
We have made it to the finalists round of PhilanthroVision and we are actively seeking grant opportunities and funding solutions!
