Search for an accounting expert

We are looking for a volunteer who can help us with our association's accounting. The project has two parts.

The first consists of traditional accounting work: preparing the 2023 balance sheet with income and expenses. This balance sheet will then have to be approved by the general assembly.
The second part is more complex, as it involves setting up an accounting system within the association, i.e., choosing accounting software and establishing rules and procedures. Due to the nature of our activities (receiving and issuing donations), a rigorous process will need to be created to control the donations received and issued and manage the various payment methods used in order to ensure a rigorous financial system.

The volunteer will be supervised by the association's president, Roland Chauville. The volunteer will be required to work from home, but there will be an initial in-person meeting, followed by regular Zoom meetings as needed.
