We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as volunteer grant writers to help us secure the funding necessary to continue and expand our vital work.

- Write and submit compelling grant proposals tailored to specific funders.
- Collaborate with our team to gather necessary information and documentation for grant applications.
- Track application deadlines and maintain records of submissions and outcomes.
- Assist in developing funding strategies to align with our mission and goals.

- HT101 Training: We provide comprehensive HT101 training, which covers the fundamentals of human trafficking, including recognition of signs, prevention strategies, and how to support survivors.

Preparation
- Study the existing material.
- Familiarize yourself with our organization's mission and vision.
- Complete the HT101 Training to understand the fundamentals of human trafficking, including recognition of signs, prevention strategies, and how to support survivors.
- Complete Grant Writing Training to understand the essentials of crafting compelling grant proposals.
Research and Opportunity Identification
- Research potential funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Identify and compile a list of potential funders that align with our mission and goals.
- Track application deadlines and maintain records of submissions and outcomes.
- Create a calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Grant Proposal Writing
- Write and submit compelling grant proposals tailored to specific funders.
- Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that align with the requirements and priorities of each funder.
- Collaborate with our team to gather necessary information and documentation for grant applications.
- Work with team members to obtain and organize required documents, financials, and supporting materials.
Funding Strategy Development
- Assist in developing funding strategies to align with our mission and goals.
- Provide input on strategic approaches to diversify and increase funding sources.
Consulting Session
- Give us feedback on how we can improve our grant writing and funding strategies.
- Provide insights and suggestions based on your experience and research findings.
Follow-Up Session
- We do another call three months later.
- Review the progress of the grant writing efforts and provide additional feedback.
- Assess the impact of changes implemented based on previous feedback.
