Website Front-End Implementation
Help us redesign our website and give it a modern look, to make our mission more appealing to the public and potential donors.
Graphics and text can be updated to align with our purpose.
We need your help with implementing a new front-end for our existing, word-press based website. We'd like to use a template that you help us select and integrate. Existing, roles and access rights should remain.
The website you will be working on is a clone of the production site. It can be found at https://decriminalizeaz.org/wp
The admin login screen is https://decriminalizeaz.org/wp/wp-admin I will provide credentials once project is accepted.

- Find a new suitable template. (collaboratively)
- Integrate new template on existing website & adapt it to our branding.
- Testing. (visual, functionality, roles & access rights)
- Handover.
- Existing website also based on a Word Press.

Milestones
Kick Off Meeting
- Get to know each other.
- Explain our mission and purpose.
- Walkthrough existing website and materials.
- Discuss the scope of the project, deliverables, and expectations.
Select a template
- Together with Marketing, you select & acquire a suitable new WordPress template
Implementation
- Create a copy of our existing website and implement the template there. This is to ensure continuity of our service, while the migration takes place.
- Adjust the template to our branding, working collaboratively with marketing.
- Integrate our newsletter tool. (Mailchimp)
Testing
- Ensure everything looks and is working correctly. (visual, functionality, roles & access rights)
Handover
- Present the new website to us.
- Teach our marketing how to edit content on the new website.
Go-Live
- Make new website live to the public.
