To develop a strategy to engage High Net Worth Individuals with St Giles in preparation for our 60th Anniversary celebrations in 2021.

At St Giles we have grown significantly over the last ten years. As we look to celebrate our 60th anniversary next year, we are focussing on diversifying our income streams, in particular through focussing on High-Net-Worth Individuals and Corporate Partnerships.

As this is a new area of focus, we would like to learn from the skills and expertise at Credit Suisse as to how we strategise and engage High-Net-Worth Individuals successfully and steward those relationships. We would like support to devise a strategy which can see us grow this income stream over the next 5-10 years, enabling us to sustain our growth and build capacity as an organisation.

Key tasks and deliverables:

  • Improve our understanding of the High-Net-Worth Individual landscape and how to engage with these audiences
  • Understand what interests and compels High-Net-Worth Individuals to give and what element of our cause will engage most
  • Develop relationship management strategy and prospect management processes
  • Strategy document that sets out clear plans and objectives to grow income in this area over next 5-10 years

We want to see a society where everybody – no matter what their background – has a positive future. This is because when somebody turns their life around, everybody benefits – their families, their children, the community they live in and society as a whole.

Those we help are facing huge challenges – poverty, deprivation, mental health issues and crime are all on the rise. However, we are working with our partners and local communities to do something about it – supporting people to turn their pasts into positive futures.

We enable people to overcome adversity through peer-based social action. The services we provide for 25,000 people each year cover help for vulnerable young people involved in or at risk of criminal exploitation, services helping adults and young people facing unemployment and poverty, help for vulnerable women and their families, prison and community-based support for people in the criminal justice system and specialist support for adults facing complex barriers.
