Leadership expert Simon Sinek is perhaps best known for giving one of the most popular TED talks of all time, “The Golden Circle Theory,” where he explains how leaders can inspire cooperation, trust and change in a business, based on his research into how the most successful organizations think, act and communicate if they start with “Why.”

Prior to the Learning Lab, we will share this Simon Sinek TED Talk and value proposition questions with the participants.

The workshop will focus on:

● What research and neuroscience tells us about the Golden Circle theory, and how humans respond best when messages communicate with those parts of their brain that control emotions, behavior and decision making

● How passionate leaders and organizations express their commitment and enthusiasm authentically to inspire audiences

● Providing the tools to successfully articulate their “Why” to clients, employees and stakeholders to inspire them to act or buy

After the workshop, the businesses will work on their “Why” and then you will conduct a remote 2-hour 1:1 Consulting Meeting for each business to discuss it and provide constructive feedback.

Provide a two-hour, individual consultation for each Learning Lab participant, to discuss the information presented and provide actionable feedback.

Bpeace will provide you with a recording of the Learning Lab and any accompanying Powerpoint for preparation and background.

Before the calls begin, we will walk you through the format of the calls, the types of questions to ask, and best practices generally (this will be done either via a call with Bpeace staff and/or via a recorded video for you to watch).

We will also provide you with a summary report of each of the businesses you will meet with in advance so you have a basic understanding of their business and goals.

Bpeace staff is also on each call with you and is available to answer any questions before, during, and/or after calls. Professional simultaneous interpretation is provided if any of the businesses' team does not speak English.
