Maintenance and Cleaning Work at the Guide Dog School in Allschwil
About the event
Get to know the Guide Dog School in Allschwil (BL) and support us with various tasks in preparation for our open days, as well as with ongoing work across the entire premises.
Corporate social volunteers work in small groups during the morning and afternoon. Meals will be provided by the school, and participants will gain insight into our work through a guided tour of the grounds.
Planned activities include: maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, garages, and vehicles (dog transporters and fleet); as well as groundskeeping activities such as weed removal and other gardening work.

8:15 AM - Arrival in Allschwil and Welcome
8:30 AM - 12:30 PM - First Assignment:
- Cleaning and grounds maintenance
(including a break at 10:00 AM with coffee/tea and croissants)
12:30 PM - 1:15 PM - Lunch at the School
1:15 PM - 2:10 PM - Guided Tour of the Premises, Visit to the Puppy Area, and Dog Care
2:10 PM - 4:00 PM - Second Assignment:
- Cleaning and grounds maintenance
(including a break)
4:00 PM - Farewell
