Tour guide in the Aargau region

About the event

Your employees go on tour with an experienced helper.

A refrigerated vehicle collects surplus, perfectly good food from retailers.

This food is distributed to social institutions and distribution points in the region according to the tour schedule.

Around 60 to 70 crates of food are transported per day and tour.

There is no charge for individual accompaniment.

The group is supervised by the regional manager.

After the tour is complete, we offer a small snack at the location in the respective region and give the team the opportunity to review the experiences they have had.

For group accompaniment (max. 5 people), we ask for a donation of CHF 1,000.00 to cover our coordination costs.

Registration must be made 4 weeks before the assignment.

Description

Assignment Location:

Please arrive punctually at 07:30 a.m. at Schweizer Tafel, Aargau Region, Aarauerstrasse 70, 5603 Staufen.
In case of delay, please inform the Aargau Region office immediately by calling 058 255 03 60.

Arrival:

We recommend traveling by public transport. Please alight at the bus stops “Lenzburg Dufourstrasse” or “Fünflinden.”
The Schweizer Tafel building is within a short walking distance.
If you require a parking space, please notify us in advance. There are only two parking spaces available on site. A limited number of public parking spaces are located in front of the premises.

Daily Schedule:

A briefing will be conducted by the regional coordinator or the dispatcher.
Following this, the scheduled tour in the Aargau region will commence. Meals will be taken during the tour.
The return to Staufen is expected around 4:00 p.m., marking the end of the assignment.
