About the event
This exercise enables students to practise conducting a telephone conversation with a company. A volunteer plays the role of the company over the phone, the volunteer then gives feedback and advice to the student.
Practical info:
- Half a day, by telephone from home or the workplace
- A choice of dates
- Follow-up with 6 to 8 students
