About the event
Sticker removal campaign in the city of Zurich
Removal of stickers from lampposts, posts, and street signs in downtown Zurich. In doing so, we want to make a significant contribution to improving and cleaning up the cityscape in downtown Zurich (Niederdorf, Oberdorf, Limmatquai).
This benefits passers-by, visitors to Zurich, and business owners—in other words, everyone who stays or moves around in Zurich.
As this work is very time-consuming, it can only be carried out by city cleaning staff on a situational basis, rather than across the board. For such cross-district campaigns, we rely on the support of volunteer groups.
Program
08:30-08:45 - Welcome / Introduction to the Day
08:45-09:00 - Collecting materials (cleaning kits), safety vests, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
09:00-12:00 - Sticker removal in Niederdorf (situational break)
12:00-13:15/13:30 - Shared lunch
13:30-16:00 - Sticker removal in Oberdorf/along the Limmatquai (situational break)
16:00-16:30 - Return of materials / Conclusion / Thanking for participation
