Since 2013, the ROCK YOUR LIFE! (RYL!) mentoring program in Switzerland has been helping young people successfully start their careers or integrate into society. The program focuses on supporting young people who lack family support, come from difficult socioeconomic backgrounds, and/or have experience as refugees.

Milestones
Theoretical training component
Over four 3-day sessions, you will learn how to discover and bring out talents, how to communicate in an empowering and appreciative way, how to overcome resistance and tap into your own strength, and how to discover and implement your own visions. We use various methods, theories, and experiences from
the resource-oriented approach,
team learning and supervision,
transactional analysis, systemic coaching,
and embodiment.
At the UMA information day, you will also learn what to consider when dealing with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers.
Practical training component
The first 14 days of training are part of the training process and are completed on a voluntary basis within two years. They serve to deepen what you have learned and pass it on in practice. Your real "training" begins here. You will be accompanied by our trainers.

ROCK YOUR LIFE! Schweiz
