Looking for a meaningful and impactful way to bring your team together while giving back to the community? ThanksGiver Schweiz offers unique corporate team-building events that combine teamwork with social responsibility, turning excess food into access for those in need. Join us for an eye-opening and fulfilling experience that your team will truly appreciate!
After a brief introduction to our mission and operations, your team will dive straight into the action, setting up and running a food bank in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Hands-on activities include:
- Receiving and sorting food donations
- Packing food parcels for families and individuals in need
- Assisting with food distribution
- Helping with loading and unloading delivery vans
- Tidying up after the event is complete
The full experience - from welcome to wrap-up - takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Throughout the day, we’ll keep spirits high with coffee, tea, light snacks, good vibes, and plenty of group photos to capture the moments. After the event, we’ll share an e-book with practical tips on reducing food waste.

Food Bank Setup
Collaborate to set up the designated area for the food bank, including arranging tables, supplies, and distribution stations. This step ensures a smooth and organized process throughout the event.
Organize the Food Supply
Once food donations arrive, work together to sort and categorize items to streamline the packing process. Team coordination and attention to detail are key to ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare the Food Bags
Assemble food bags for families by carefully filling them with balanced selections of items. This step focuses on teamwork, attention to detail, and ensuring every family receives essential goods.
Distribute to Families
The heart of the event - distributing the prepared food bags to families in need. Volunteers will assist with distribution, greet recipients, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for everyone.
