Futur Pro: Student Mentoring for Vocational Pathways
About the event
Join us for a mentorship experience that shapes the future of vocational students. As a volunteer, you will engage directly with students who are eager to explore their professional pathways, providing guidance and support needed for their educational and career journeys.
Futur Pro is an exciting new program currently in a pilot phase in seven schools in Vaud. Over a full school year, from March to March, you'll meet with 1 or 2 students for about two hours monthly. During this time, you'll be guiding them through an important phase of their lives and helping them with preparing applications for vocational training courses and securing apprenticeships or internships.
Your interactions will be pivotal in inspiring young minds, helping them to envision and plan for successful futures. This opportunity allows you to share your expertise and insights, making a tangible difference in students' lives.
Facilitated by Pro Juventute, this indoor event ensures you are well-prepared with online training before each of your visits, ensuring a valuable and effective mentoring session.
