Intercultural Exchange with Youth
About the event
Since 2013, the ROCK YOUR LIFE! (RYL!) mentoring program has been supporting young people in Switzerland in successfully starting their professional careers or achieving social integration. In a one-on-one mentoring relationship, young adults serve as mentors, guiding and supporting adolescents through the process of career orientation. The mentoring is supplemented by four training days, application workshops, and additional offerings.
During this RYL! workshop at one of our partner companies, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the lives of young people in Switzerland with a refugee background. Share your professional journey and inspire motivated young individuals.

Description
Briefing / Preparation:
Approximately two weeks prior to the event, a briefing will take place with the local program coordinator, the training coordinator, the lead trainer, and the volunteers.
The training will be held at a suitable location and will be led by a certified RYL! trainer.
