Application Workshop for Young People
About the event
The ROCK YOUR LIFE! (RYL!) mentoring program has been supporting young people in Switzerland since 2013 in successfully starting their careers or achieving social integration. Through one-on-one mentoring, young adults act as mentors, guiding and supporting teenagers in the process of career orientation. The mentoring is complemented by four training days, application workshops, and other offerings.
During this RYL! training, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and knowledge through a station-based activity. You will conduct mock job interviews with the participants and provide them with feedback on their interview performance and application documents.

Briefing/Preparation:
Approximately two weeks before the assignment, a briefing will be held with the site manager, the training coordination team, the training leadership, and the volunteers.
The training will take place at a suitable location and will be led by a certified RYL! trainer.
