Copy of "Development of an online communication platform for the MUNTERwegs mentoring program"
The successful MUNTERwegs mentoring program, which is based on personal contact, is to be supplemented by the use of blended mentoring so that, in future situations with limited face-to-face contact opportunities, encounters between mentors and mentees (as well as coaching by mentors) can be ensured online as efficiently and effectively as possible. To this end, the association plans to set up an online communication platform that offers space for exchange and networking, makes resources visible, and documents learning processes. As part of your volunteer work, you will support the development of the communication platform.
IT Project Management
- Determination of needs and requirements
- Evaluation of existing communication platforms, recommendation of a suitable rollout strategy
- Support with software implementation
MUNTERwegs is a non-profit association. The seven project staff members will all be involved in setting up the new communication platform. Thanks to financial support from a foundation, we also have the financial resources we need for software, fees, etc. In addition, the approximately 70 current mentors and mentees will be happy to support the development of the platform with their experience.

Verein MUNTERwegs
